When buying a home, one of the most important things you should do is get it inspected. This should be done right after your offer is accepted by the seller. There is normally a seven to ten-day window allowed to get an inspection done. 

A licensed inspector will show up to the home at the agreed upon time and spend several hours completing their inspection. We ask that you make arrangements to be present for an hour after this service to review the inspection report and allow us to answer any additional questions you may have.
